About The KLCD

The Mission of the KLCD is to Revitalize, Enhance and Protect the water quality of Koontz Lake. The formation of the KLCD will relieve the Koontz Lake Association from having to rely solely on donations and inconsistent grants by generating a consistent source of funding through a modest increase in the property tax of Koontz Lake residents. The KLCD needs your help to keep Koontz Lake clean, safe, and beautiful for residents.
